Returns Policy

We want you to feel fully confident with your purchase from Sprinkles Muse. That’s why all of our items are shipped with full insurance, and we offer a 24-hour return window — while maintaining the energetic integrity and safety of our creations.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all items (jewellery and décor), provided:

• You email us within 24 hours of delivery.

• The item is in its unused, original mint condition, with all original packaging.

• The item is not customised, made-to-order, or final sale. 

Return Conditions

• Return shipping costs, including insurance and any customs or duties, are covered by the customer

• A 7.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover the original insured shipping.

• Returns are processed after inspection — if the item is returned damaged or not in its original state, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Not Eligible for Return

• Archive Sale or final sale items.

• Custom-made or personalised items.

• Returns requested more than 24 hours after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please email hello@sprinklesmuse.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• Reason for return

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the appropriate return address and steps.
