 General Care Tips

• Avoid water & chemicals
  Keep your pieces away from perfumes, lotions, and household cleaners to prevent tarnishing or damage.

• Avoid swimming, bathing or showering with jewellery on
  • On solid 14k gold jewellery, contact with moisture can dull the shine.
  • On sterling silver, contact with moisture can induce tarnishing.

• Last on, first off
  As part of your ritual, make jewellery the final touch before leaving home, and the first to remove when returning.

• Store with intention
  Place your piece in the Sprinkles Muse pouch, or rest it on a Sprinkles Muse crystal cluster, or near palo santo / sage for gentle cleansing and energetic recharging.

• Gentle cleaning
  Use a soft, lint-free cloth to polish metals and gemstones. Avoid harsh polishing creams or ultrasonic cleaners.

Silver & Gold Care

• 925 Sterling Silver: Natural silver may develop a patina over time. To restore its shine, gently polish with a silver cleaning cloth.

• 18k Gold Plated: Gold plating is delicate. Limit exposure to friction and avoid sleeping or exercising with your jewellery on to preserve the finish.

• Solid 14k Gold: Moisture can dull its shine. Avoid wearing during bathing, swimming, or in steamy environments.

Gemstone Care

Each gemstone carries its own energy — handle them with mindfulness.

• Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, or direct sunlight, which may alter their natural colours or energies.

• Store separately to prevent scratches.

Fabric & Hair Accessories

• Keep fabrics (such as scrunchies or headbands) away from water, perfume, and oils.

• Hand wash silk scrunchies gently in cold water if needed, and air dry flat.
