All orders are prepared carefully to ensure items arrive securely and in good condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping Rates

Small Parcel – Tracked £6.50 Most jewellery and hair adornment orders
Medium Parcel – Tracked £11.50 Medium objects or multiple jewellery items
Large Parcel – Tracked £22.00 Large or heavy objects

Free UK Shipping

Orders over £80 qualify for free tracked shipping.

Oversized or heavy objects (over 20kg) may require a shipping surcharge.
Any additional costs will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Special Delivery (Jewellery only): Next working day after dispatch

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Packaging

  • Jewellery items are shipped in protective boxes or pouches.

  • Objects are securely cushioned using protective packaging materials.

Tracking & Insurance

All orders are shipped with tracking and insured against loss or damage during transit.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at
hello@sprinklesmuse.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will assist with the insurance claim process and arrange a replacement or store credit.
