Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are prepared and shipped from London, UK.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we ship within the UK only.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce tracked services, depending on the size and weight of your order. All shipments include insurance for peace of mind.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel size and insured delivery service. You’ll see all available options clearly before confirming your order.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, UK orders over £80 automatically qualify for free standard tracked shipping.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days once dispatched. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We curate and create with 925 sterling silver, 18k gold, high-quality metals, natural gemstones, crystals, and textiles — all selected for their beauty, intention, and lasting quality.

Q: Are your jewellery pieces handmade?
A: Many of our pieces are handcrafted or hand-finished in small batches. Each design carries a touch of individuality and intention.

Q: How do I care for my jewellery?
A: Store your pieces in a dry place, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, or chemicals, and use a soft cloth for gentle cleaning.


Returns

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we offer limited-time returns for all eligible items. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and return the item in its original, unused condition.

Q: Are returns free?
A: Return shipping (including customs/duties, if applicable) is covered by the customer. A 7.5% processing fee applies to cover original shipping and insurance.

Q: Can I exchange an item instead?
A: At this time, we offer returns only, in line with the conditions and timeframe outlined above.

Q: Are any items final sale?
A: Archive Sale items, custom designs, and international orders are considered final sale due to their limited nature or personalisation. These are not eligible for return.

Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Selected designs can be customised — including gemstone choices and subtle details. Reach out and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.

Q: Can I send my order as a gift?
A: Absolutely. Gift wrapping is available at checkout, and you can include a personalised printed note to make it extra special.

A: Sprinkles Muse was founded by Germaine, a former Art Director turned Creative Director. After years in the fast-paced design world, she created Sprinkles Muse as a space to reconnect with art, beauty, and inner rhythm — offering pieces that honour softness, confidence, and quiet strength.
