Please keep jewellery and small objects out of reach of young children, as they may present a choking hazard.

5. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, and major credit/debit cards.

• Orders will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

• In case of pricing errors or unavailable stock, we will contact you before proceeding.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

• We are not responsible for delays due to couriers, weather, or external disruptions.

All orders are sent via tracked services and include insurance against loss or damage in transit.

7. Returns

We now offer limited-time returns for all items, including jewellery and home décor, as long as the item is returned in mint condition within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging.

• Return shipping (including insurance, customs, and duties) is the responsibility of the customer.

• A 7.5% processing fee applies to cover original shipping and insurance costs.

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

We do not accept:

• Returns for items requested more than 24 hours after delivery;

• Custom or personalised orders;

• Archive Sale or marked "final sale" items.

8. Product Descriptions & Variations

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, but natural materials vary in:

• Colour, pattern, shape, and texture

• Size (minor differences of ±0.5 cm may occur)

• Finish and clarity of stones/crystals

These are not faults, but unique characteristics of natural materials and small-batch products.

All content on this Site—including images, logos, product names, text, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Sprinkles Muse. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without written permission.
