Every order from Sprinkles Muse is carefully prepared and beautifully packaged from our London studio.

From the moment your order is placed to the day it arrives, we take great care to ensure every piece reaches you safely and ready to become part of your everyday life.

At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared within 2–4 working days after payment has been received.

Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

UK Shipping

All orders are sent using fully tracked delivery services.

Complimentary UK Shipping

We offer complimentary tracked UK shipping on orders over £80.

For oversized or particularly heavy objects (over 20kg), additional courier charges may occasionally apply. Should this be necessary, we'll always contact you before dispatch.

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

Every order is carefully presented to reflect the Sprinkles Muse experience.

Jewellery is beautifully packaged in our signature gift box or protective pouch, while lifestyle objects are securely wrapped using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

Whether your order is a gift for someone special or simply a gift to yourself, we believe the unboxing experience should feel just as considered as the piece inside.

Tracking & Delivery Support

Every parcel is fully tracked and insured while in transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@sprinklesmuse.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)
• Photographs of the item (where applicable)

We'll work closely with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
