Where do you ship from?
All orders are prepared and shipped from London, United Kingdom.

Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

What shipping service do you use?
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce tracked services, depending on the size and weight of your order.
All shipments include tracking and insurance.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel size and delivery method.
All available options are shown before payment is confirmed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. UK orders over £80 qualify for free standard tracked shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking, and a tracking link will be provided by email.

What materials do you use?
Our collections include 925 sterling silver, silver plated jewellery, gold plated jewellery, natural gemstones, crystals, and textiles.
Materials are selected for durability, form, and everyday wear.

Are your jewellery pieces handmade?
Many pieces are handcrafted or hand-finished in small batches.
Due to the nature of small-batch production and natural materials, slight variations may occur.

How do I care for my jewellery and objects?
We recommend storing items in a dry place, avoiding contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals, and cleaning gently with a soft cloth.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 24-hour return window for eligible items.
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and return the item in unused, original condition.

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs, including insurance and any applicable duties, are the responsibility of the customer.
A 7.5% processing fee applies to cover original insured shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Are any items final sale?
Yes. Archive Sale items, custom or personalised items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Do you offer custom designs?
Selected designs may be customised, subject to availability.
Please contact us to discuss options before placing an order.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Gift wrapping is available at checkout, and a printed note may be included upon request.
