We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
At Sprinkles Muse, each order is prepared with care to ensure your jewellery and crystal décor arrive safely and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping Rates (Tracked Services)

Shipping Option Rate Description
Small Parcel – Tracked £6.50 For most Jewellery, hair accessories orders
Medium Parcel – Tracked £11.50 Medium crystal décor, multiple jewellery items
Large Parcel – Tracked £22.00 Large crystal sculptures or heavy décor pieces

Free UK Shipping

  • Orders over £80 qualify for free tracked shipping.

  • Please note: Oversized or heavy crystal décor (over 20kg) may require a shipping surcharge. Any additional costs will be confirmed before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Special Delivery (Jewellery only): Next working day after dispatch.
    Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Packaging

  • Jewellery items are shipped in protective boxes or pouches.

  • Crystal décor is carefully cushioned with protective materials.

  • All parcels include tracking.

Tracking & Insurance

All orders are shipped with full tracking and insured against loss or damage during transit.

In the rare case your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@sprinklesmuse.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll guide you through the insurance claims process, and where appropriate, arrange a replacement or store credit.
