Sprinkles Muse offers a 24-hour return window from the time of delivery.

All items are shipped with insurance. Returns are accepted subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on jewellery, hair adornment, and objects provided that:

• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• The item is unused, in original mint condition, and returned with all original packaging.

• The item is not customised, made-to-order, or marked as final sale.

Return Conditions

• Return shipping costs, including insurance and any applicable duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

• A 7.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover the original insured shipping costs.

• All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged or not in their original condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Archive Sale or final sale items.

• Custom-made or personalised items.

• Returns requested more than 24 hours after delivery.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email hello@sprinklesmuse.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and original packaging

• The reason for return

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address once your request has been reviewed.
